The inspiration for this site has been the many train travelers that I have met in my thirty years of rail travel. Many travelers have noted that rail travel tips, and even basic train travel information, are not nearly as available as information about air, automobile and RV travel. There are few guidebooks and not very much online information. Well, we plan on filling that information gap!
